This agreement
constitutes a contract between the guest(s) and Lake Oconee Property and
Rentals as an agent. By Lake Oconee Property and Rentals receiving you
and accepting your payment you are agreeing to the policy below.

Check out time is
10:00 AM
.
We ask that all Guest(s)
take care of our vacation property and treat it as you would your own.
By your doing this we are able to keep our prices affordable and your
stay enjoyable.
Reservation
requirements –
One night rental fee due within 10 days of
making reservation to hold. If payment is not receive reservation will
be cancelled. If made within 10 days of arrival other arrangements will
be made.
If Lake Oconee Property
and Rentals has to regretfully cancel someone's reservations for
any reason including but not limited to sell due to death or
illness we will refund the entire amount of the fee and help the
guest find other accommodations.
Cancellations must be
made 14 days before reservation to receive a refund. There will be a
$25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made in writing via
letter, email, or fax to our office. No shows forfeit the entire amount
of the fee.
Keys – There will be
a $10.00 charge for any lost keys.
Smoking is NOT
permitted inside. If smoking is done outside please be considerate and
do not litter. THANK YOU.
No pets are allowed.
Please report any
inoperative equipment to our office. We will make every possible effort
to have repairs done quickly and efficiently, if necessary guest will be
moved to another location.
House parties are not
allowed. Please understand that we accept families, married couples and
responsible adults. Occupancy in premises shall not be as such to
disturb or offend neighbors. The use of firearms is prohibited.
Sorry but no refunds
for early departures, late arrivals or reducing nights or inclement due
to weather can be given.
Alcoholic Beverages –
No drinking of alcoholic beverages by persons under the age of 21
(twenty-one) is allowed. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. Kegs
are not permitted on the property.
Indemnification and
Harmless - Guest(s) agree to indemnify and save harmless the Owner and
Agent(s) for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever
arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out
of or in connection with Guest(s) use and occupancy of the rental
property including but not limited to any claim or liability for
personal injury or damage of theft of property which is made, incurred
or sustained by Guest(s). The term Agent(s) and Owner as used in this
agreement shall include their heirs, successors in interest, assigns,
employees, agents and representatives where the context requires or
permits. The term Guest(s), “You”, Your” as used in this agreement
shall include Guest(s), heirs, successors, assigns, guest, invitees,
representatives and other persons on the rental property during Guest(s)
occupancy (without regard to whether such persons have authority under
this agreement to be upon the rental property), where the context
requires or permits.
Lake Oconee Property
and Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. All rental
properties are leased without regard to race, color, religion, sex,
national origin or handicap. Due to liabilities issues we are unable to
provide prospective renters with keys to preview properties
